Request permanent deletion of your account and the data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to use this form.

What will be deleted

Your user account and profile
Any business you own, including all projects, invoices, quotes, files, photos and messages
Connected integrations (Xero, MYOB, Gmail)
Your access to any business where you are a team member
Any active Stripe subscriptions (main plan + add-ons) will be cancelled immediately — you will not be billed for future periods
Your Stripe customer record (name, email, address held by our payment processor)

What we may retain

Australian tax law (ATO) requires us to retain certain financial records (such as issued tax invoices) for up to 5 years. We may also retain limited records for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance, as described in our privacy policy.
